About Janet Brennan
Janet Brennan is an experienced Human Resources professional working in the field for over 20 years. Extensive work in mergers and acquisitions with small and large organizations gives her unique insight to best practices in Human Resources. Her experience is in all facets in the Human Resources area including employee relations, recruitment and selection employment practices and policies, legal compliance, employee relations, training and development, organizational planning and development, mergers and acquisitions and change management.
Janet received her degree in human resources from Missouri State University and is an active member in the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Her background involves working in industries that include wholesale distribution, consumer products, manufacturing, financial securities and non-profit organizations. The range of the size of organizations that Janet has been involved with include anywhere from five to five thousand employees. Janet’s approach to human resources issues is to provide solutions specifically tailored to your organization’s needs as we believe there is no “one size fits all” method.
